7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. In the event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@ratitechconnect.com immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a replacement or refund according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
